PENDING Windows 7 Patch Deployment Status Error- Failed to Install updates

Hi

We are facing issues with installing patches in few workstations and patches are getting installed but after rebooting its getting failed every time.

Sorry for delay in response. Have you logged in to one of the client machine and checked if the updates were installed ?.

Sorry Prajwal for delay response...we have checked in most of the client machines,updates are not installed and Windows Update history showing failed status every system restarts..

Still issue not yet resolved and we have checked with Microsoft team also but no luck. they have checked both the server and client machines but they have not given any solution yet.
