PENDING Windows 2012 R2 Update Issue SCCM

Dears
I made a software update group for windows 2012 r2 and it is having more than 100 windows updates after deployment only 4 windows updates shown in software center and 4 updates are successfully installed in windows 2012 r2 system, please help me why reaming updates are not installed.

when i connect the system from direct internet then approximate 150 updates select and installed.

Please help me.

Are the remaining updates applicable for windows 2012 r2 ?. Or are they already installed on the server ?.

No it is a fresh Machine and in this there is no any update

Still i am confuse because when i connect this machine to direct internet it will get approx 150 updates and installed them but from SCCM 2012 R2 only above updates.
Please mentioned the steps how i trouble shot this because i am very weak for SCCM troubleshooting (which Logs to be read for troubleshoot), above updates from SCCM 2012 R2.

can you upload the wuahandler.log files from that server machine which has got just 4 updates deployed ?.
