PENDING Windows 11 software updates show as not required.

Last month everything worked as expected. With the release of the September updates for Windows 11 (KB5030219) it shows a required of 2, Installed of 0 and a not required of 327. Thing is, we have not pushed it yet, and on every Windows 11 workstation we go to, if we manually check, it downloads and installs from Microsoft. But the fact that it shows 0 installed as well is concerning since it is installed on the sample computers we went to. The Microsoft 365 updates are reporting correctly with 300 showing required. But Edge is not reporting correctly the same as Windows 11. I don't see any errors in the WUA log. Any thoughts? I'm not sure why the Windows 11 updates and Edge updates are not reporting correctly. We are running 2303 with both hotfixes installed.

I have and I don't see any errors. I looked at the WUAHandler log.

Same here. Instead of like 50ish i see only 20. But these mainly consist of not really managed devices in a neighbor country.
Interestingly, i also have some on prem test VMs, they seem to update correctly! Most normal clients use a VPN to connect to SCCM, but are on prem from time to time as well.
I can see from the logs, that my clients gets somehow reported about the update, but Windows 11 doesnt report ANY Windows updates as needed to the WSUS:

Update (Site_5FFB9DB7-049A-4815-8361-E92EDBE98314/SUM_f9298fe5-67ce-46c5-9fca-d81cc303a4f0) added to the targeted list of deployment ({ec5ff016-2012-4ca8-bfe3-6a9ab52b2f7b})

I'm really out of ideas what i could check next...Other than that i see the "2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375)" not mentioned in any logs.
