NEW Windows 11 Language Problem translation problem

Hello,
we are using the Windows 11 22H2 image in EN-US. Deploying German during the TS with DISM:

dism.exe /Image:C:\ /norestart /Add-Package /Packagepath:"%~dp0Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Speech-de-de-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab"

But at the end the language pack installation process seams to be wrong, because of wrong or missing translations. (in the picture)
Maybe something is missing during the installatin process.

Does anybody have here an idear for me whats going wrong?
