Can you give a little more detail about what issue you are describing?
I've been having problems installing the monthly CUs to some laptops (specifically) in our environment. They keep showing in Deployments as failed "0X80D02002 - Delivery Optimization: Download of a file saw no progress within the defined period" but reporting is very different. You can see in the attached screen shot where the device is already at 23H2 level but pushes through 22H2 upgrades/updates. Also, the machine is reporting in AD/Entra as Win 11 23H2 (10.0.22631) I've checked the machines and the WU reg keys are correct, so this is confusing us.
