PENDING Windows 11 build via task sequence still showing join wifi oobe screen

Hi,

I have a task sequwence now that is succesfully installing windows 11 enteprrise 23H2 and all the dell drivers + MS office, however even though it joins the computer to the domain it still pops up with the OOBE screen wanting to join a wifi network.

Is there a way to skip this using the task sequence or do i need to make an unattend.xml file?
Seems weird that options in the task sequence skip all the other OOBE screens except for this one?
