Has anyone received this error when trying to print through Windows 10 Photo App? its happening in different versions of windows. Updates are the same as a machine where this is not an issue. I have tried to re-register the dlls and ran sfc /scannow. Google shows many people seeing this but no solution from Microsoft.

Have you checked if the printer is online and reachable (as per the message shown in the screenshot) ?.

Yes the printer works fine outside of this photo app. What I ended up doing for our users was did the registry hack that brings back the older windows photo viewer. That printed perfect, the only thing is this problem also happens when you try to print from Edge. Obviously using IE instead seems like the logical response but not when upper management says Edge is needed. Endless googling has given me no real answer, we are going to be upgrading to latest 1703 version in next couple weeks so I'm hoping Microsoft fixes this issue.
