I need to know if there is any possibility of extracting a report of machines with active windows 10?

Unfortunately I can not see which option I should go to

Look at Count operating system versions

but here it does not tell me if the machines are licensed but rather the number of machines that I have of several models of operating systems

What exactly do you mean by Licensed? exactly where do you see this info in SCCM? Exactly how do you do this on the workstation?

I need to know if I can extract a report via sccm on machines with windows 10 enabled and not activated at microsoft licensing level

I don't know. This is not something that I have looked into before. Can you see this in WMI or via a script? if so then you can inventory it.
