PENDING Windows 10 InPlace Upgrade Error

I'm fairly new to SCCM, while I have PXE imaging down, I seem to have issues with InPlace upgrades and it is critical that I get this going pretty quickly.

In my latest attempt, I'm trying to upgrade Win7 to Win10 1903 and it errors out before Widows 10 is installed with generic message: "task sequence execution failed with error code 80004005". I've attached my smsts.log file, can anyone please assist? smsts.log was too large to attach :/

Where is the smsts.log file ?.

I had to zip it, it was too large

I'm not surprised that Microsoft's upgrade has some glitches,you are not the only one who's had problems with failed upgrades.Try it a few more times and you'll get it.

Windows Setup failed with hexadecimal exit code 0xC1900204 (decimal 3247440388).

Not specifying a product key in the Upgrade Operating System step can cause this. Could also be a language mismatch. I'd be interested in seeing what the setupact.log file has to say.

That log seems incomplete; it ends in the middle of file copy operations without any errors detected in the entire log.
