SOLVED Windows 10 Feature 1909 not showing in software center

Hi Guys



Running into a issue where I deployed Windows 10 1909 Feature Pack seems to be working as planned for most but it seems around 10 people out of a hundred do not receive it . I checked the logs and no errors and they do receive the Office and Windows 10 Monthly Updates I deploy . The Windows 10 version Im targeting are 1803 and below . On console shows as compliant on these machines

Which logs did you reviewed?
What is the version of Windows 10 do you have?

They are on 1803 its not working on 3 of around 150 same issue
Checked compliance report for feature pack nothing listed

WUAHandler is OK I see the WUA managed server no issues

UpdateStore shows all other updates just not feature

Updateshandler says "Updates scan completion received result = 0x0

Updates deployment I see the feature Update deployment Update (Site_E89B7109-243F-4E71-A3A8-22391F171531/SUM_0af47e05-17cb-4756-8610-09ce486df1ba) added to the targeted list of deployment ({FFB64348-8B8E-4DFB-94EF-908FE0BF3821})

DetectJob completion received for assignment ({FFB64348-8B8E-4DFB-94EF-908FE0BF3821})

Never see the feature in the Update Store

They are on 1803 its not working on 3 of around 150 same issue

I guess you have gone through the log files however can you attach the log files. Let's see what else is stopping this update to reach to these 3 computers.

You can close this . Seems to be issues with prerequisites and I also ran update troubleshooter.
