SOLVED Windows 10 Ent 1607 upgrade is failing

Hello Members,

I am trying to upgrade windows 10 1507 to 1607 using the OS upgrade option in SCCM 1806.
Its getting failed with error code-0x4005(16389). I have attached the error screenshot & let me know which are the logs need to upload/check.
Please help me. I am testing on test pc, later this will be rolled out on more than 500 PCs.

it means that one or several applications are not compatible with Windows 10.

Mostly like it will be that you are using wrong version of OS. e.g. Current Version is UK English but the Upgrade is US enaglish.

Try running the upgraded without sccm and it will show you why its not working

issues was on cisco ips end, whitelisted all the traffics; issues resolved
