Hi Team,
I have followed the steps provided in the link - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/windows-10-22h2-upgrade-sccm-feature-update/#:~:text=Go to Start > Settings > Windows, version 22H2 and install it
and successfully deployed it to Windows 10 Pro 21H2. However, when I checked the monitoring status, it showed 100% compliance, but the client machine still shows 21H2.

Please note that I have just rebuilt the OS image. Will it take time to sync the new machine into SCCM and deploy the updates?

Do you have any suggestions, please?

It appears that if the client PC does not have all the cumulative updates installed, the upgrade will not occur. However, SCCM will still show it as compliant. Installed all the latest cumulative updates, restarted the device, and then deployed the enablement package, which resulted in a successful upgrade.
