PENDING Windows 10 15063 build ISO

Does anyone have the .iso file for Windows 10 15063(1703)? We have some clients where their machine will not take the update using SCCM so we need to install manually. The problem is downloading the KB from Microsofts Catalog isn't working, we get a Windows Installer error saying its not compatible with the computer. I've checked that it in fact is, I also see the same exact KB installing if I use Windows Update which makes no sense to me. The only other way I can accomplish this is to use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool but the current one installs Windows 10 1709 not 1703.

You may have to find the version 1703 from elsewhere.
