PENDING Window 10 upgrade to 1809 Failing via SCCM 2012R2

Hi Prajwal,
I have recently upgraded my SCCM version to 1810 with the latest ADK so that I can upgrade my windows 10 clients to version 1809 but it failing to update. In the software center, it keeps saying installing and nothing happens. I have tested with PCS for one complete day and its the same.

I need your assistance.

Well it should throw some error if the upgrade fails. Have you seen any errors so far ?.
