SOLVED Win10 - upgrade from 1903 to 1909

Hi Team

Running an in-place upgrade via MDT (updated the ADK windows files to the latest build).
Created the standard upgrade task sequence task, ran the lite touch vbs script (nothing changed on the script ). and getting the attached errors.

any help would be great.
