Hi

I am facing an issue with the Windows 11 23H2 update for clients. Only some PCs are getting the update successfully, while others are ending up in an Unknown State (active/passed). I have verified the permissions and firewall rules, which are the same for all the PCs in the environment. I noticed that PCs in the Unknown State have a proxy management point configured, whereas those that successfully installed the update do not have a proxy management point configured.
Unknown State which proxy Management Point configured with secondary site server and assigned management point is primary site server.

Could you please help me to fix the PCs are in Unknown State ?

Thanks
Kiran

Are those devices on the same boundary or different ones? You need to figure out where the proxy information settings are delivered to clients.
