Hi Everyone
Does anyone know if SCCM is able to do a Vulnerability Scan similar to what Nessus and other similar products do? Apologies if this has been addressed before in the forum i cant seem to locate any related article.

Solution
Long back Microsoft had released Configuration Manager vulnerability assessment configuration pack which scanned managed systems for common missing security updates and misconfigurations which might make client computers more vulnerable to attack.

Tools like Nessus, Alienvault, Qualys are tools that most organizations consider for vulnerability assessment. If you are expecting ConfigMgr to do the same, I don't think it can (at least not all that these tools can do).

Solution
Keep in mind that all of these tools are NOT 100% perfect and do have issues.
