NEW virtual lab SCCM

Hello all,
I set up a virtual lab with 2 Windows server 2012 R2 (AD + SCCM) and some clients for testing purpose.
I followed the installation and configuration process step by step, but strangely, my clients are not detected in SCCM devices while the users and groups are ?!
I checked the adsysdis log file but while DDR are created for the clients when I run a query against the "v_r_System" SQL table nothing is showing !
Some clues about this issue ?

How long did you wait? Did you check the site server status? Is the inbox full or empty? Has collection members updated?

Hi Garth, thanks for your reply.
Collection members was populated correctly (I suppose that security users and groups are not!)
Regarding the inbox, can you tell me how can I check if it's full or empty? (I'm new with SCCM, sorry)
