I am receiving an error code (0x00004005) on the destination machine when trying to use USMT in SCCM. I believe I have captured the source machine successfully but keep receiving this error when trying to require the restore to start at a specific time. Attached error to this chain.

Hi Jason,
This can sometimes be fixed by checking the option If computer account fails to connect to state store, use the Network Access account in the Request State Store steps of your Task sequence.
A log file would give a much better overview of what is going on though.
