PENDING USMT 10.0.2xxxx (21H2) fails badly on both Windows 10 and Windows 11

USMT has suddenly, with the 21H2 release started missing out on:
taskbar customizations,
background pic,
color themes,
Windows explorer view settings
encryption
and a lot of recent files stuff
Basically the user wont get any desktop settings over at all

When running a previous version of USMT on Windows 10 and comparing directly with 21H2 the below files (and a whole bunch of user registry settings) are simply left out :-(

I can confirm your findings. Nothing like, taskbar customizations, background pic, color themes, Windows explorer settings or encryption is migrated by the 21H2 USMT.
