NEW using cutom settings.ini in SCCM task sequence

Hello all,

We have integrated MDT in to SCCM. In the gather step i gave custom setting.ini and gave the package as well. But druing the OSD the custom settings are not being applied.
What is the best way to apply customs setting.ini from MDT.
