SOLVED Upgrading Windows Server with Configuration Manager 2107.

Hi Teams....
Our MECM current branch is running on Windows server 2012R2 with 3000 end points, I'm tasking to upgrade OS to Windows server 2019. Please share your experience or best approach options.
My though are:
- In place upgrade 2012R2 to 2019(Is there any implication on CM 2107?)
- Building new server, install CM 2107 and config(what are the steps for migration?)

Upgrades will always be easier than a new server.
