PENDING Upgrade W11 24H2 x64 2024-10B status unknown

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my computers to W11 24H2.

I downloaded the Windows Feature Update Windows 11, version 24H2 x64 2024-10B and I am deploying it to my collection, but in the deployment status I can see my computers in Unknown, I can not upgrade my computers.

What I need more?

The final computer is W11 22H2.
