NEW Upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 Task Sequence shows in Progress even though the system was upgraded to 22H2.

After the reboot the Task Sequence never finishes. The ccmexec service is disabled and stopped. I had a few PCs that upgraded successfully so I'm trying to determine the issue as I have over 2000 computers to upgrade.

For me, the upgrade from Windows 11 to 23H2 hangs at 14%.
After restarting the system, the Software Center shows that the installation is in progress, but nothing happens.
After I started the ConfigMGR Task Sequence Agent service in Services, the installation was aborted, and I was able to initiate it again.
However, the task sequence still hangs at 14% during the upgrade process again.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
