SOLVED Upgrade SCCM 2303 to 2309

Hello,

I am in the process of upgrading my SSCM from version 2303 to 2309 , I have successfully installed the cumulative for configuration Manager 2303 (article 24719670) , when checking the requirements for 2309 it greys out and stays for a good while without displaying errors in the logs.

When I check Surveillance----Update status, I find it stuck in replication (In progress) in the "Update content library" phase, which hasn't started for hours.

Hi Prajwal Desai,
I used the CMUpdate Reset tool to delete the current package and reinitiate the updates to version 2309. The problem occurs again when running the prerequisite check.

After using the CMUpdate reset, is the update downloading?

Also, review the logs to see if there are any errors.

Sorry for the delay
the update downloads even before the CMUpdate reset, except that it blocks in the content verification state and does not go to the installation state.

the problem is solved, my antivirus blocks the download of some files of the package
