SOLVED Upgrade SCCM 1910 to SCCM 2002

I'm unable to update sccm from 1910 to 2002 who can help me please?

what logs you need and from where i can take them?

@Alex55555 - Is the update 2002 not appearing in updates and servicing node ?. Can you share the screenshot of your current ConfigMgr version and also run check for updates. You don't need powershell script to get version 2002.

Yes the update is not appearing even after i click check for update

That's great. Can you check if you can download this cab file - Redirected to URL https://download.microsoft.com/down...41-4acd35e5f276/ConfigMgr.Update.Manifest.cab

If yes, then I think the update should appear in console. If not restart the server once and then check for updates.
