PENDING Updates and Servicing not detecting any new SCCM updates

Hi am in the process to upgrade sccm as much as I can. Just upgraded from sccm 1606 to 1706. I think my next step would be upgrade to 1710 but I have spent the last three days checking/ refreshing updates and nothing new shows up. I know that ver 1706 is out of support but does that mean no applicable updates will be found??? Any help will be appreciated. Here is a chunk of my dmpdownloader.log file:
