NEW Updated console doesn't connect on some endpoints

Last week, I upgraded my MECM from 2107 to 2211. My console upgraded perfectly afterwards, but I am hearing from a few others, mainly in my Helpdesk, that they are unable to connect after the upgrade. I went to one of their stations, and manually uninstalled and installed the new version, and received the same cannot connect message. I have the SMSAdminUI.log and the AdminUI.ExtensionInstaller.log files from the computer, but neither of them are screaming at me with a solution.

Does anyone know of anything else I can check, or try? The old console worked fine the day of the upgrade, but the upgrade is not working.
