Currently, we are using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MEMCM) version 2309 on a Windows Server 2019 server. The associated SQL Server, hosted on another Windows Server 2019 server, is version 15.0.2095.3 (SQL 2019).
In order to improve performance and maintain system security, we want to apply the latest Cumulative Updates (CU) for SQL Server 2019.
Of course, the objective is also to keep the MEMCM databases functioning properly.
What are the Microsoft recommendations:
- Apply cumulative updates one by one (26 CU + updates)?
- Apply only certain updates?
Could you help us in this process?
