Thanks for the screenshot. You have set the automatic client upgrade to occur within 7 days. Have you waited for 7 days?
If the clients are showing as offline, you will need to review the source of the problem through the logs of the three components of Fast Channel Notification. The content is as follows:
- Notification manager(Located in site servers): BGBmgr.log
- Notification server(Located in MP): BGBServer.log
- Notification Agent(Located in client): CcmNotificationAgent.log and locationservices.log
