PENDING Unable to view reports in the sccm console

in my console showing no reports while i am selecting reporting option. i am having two domain id . L2 & L3 (id), using L3 i am able to open the report and view . but using L2 id i was able to do but not now .Both id's having full access

Hi Garth , Thanks for the reply . As i checked i am able to access the reporting server by L3 only , L2 i am not able to do so. I had given full admin access to both id's .Attaching URL access using both id's

You can see within your second screenshot that there is a DNS /firewall issues. Until that is fixed, this has nothing to do with SCCM.
 
could u pls assist to resolve the DNS issue ? , Firewall i have checked .
 
Thanks ..now its working fine . I have enable the bypass proxy in IE
