I have installed SCCM client in end user machine. But i am unable to take remote of that client machine.

why not? What troubleshooting have you done? what do the log say is happening?

I was reinstalled SCCM client application. Also tried to start Configuration Manager Remote Control service. but still facing same.

Please find the below error log.

The log clearly states that the service has stopped. Again, What troubleshooting have you done?

I compared with working machine. I found the below service is started automatically where in to the working machine. But the problematic machine the service wont start automtically.
