SOLVED Unable to see Software Updates in SCCM Console

Dear Prajwal

I install and configured SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 successfully, but when I search for software updates

nothing is showing kindly see the attachment and give me proper resolving methods

Without adding search criteria, if you just click on All Software Updates, do you see any updates ?.

No I did not see any updates

Check wsyncmgr.log, WCM.log and wsyncmgr.log files. You need to check if the synchronization is happening or not.

I cant open wcm.log and wsyncmgr.log file , how should I open ?

you can open the log file with configuration manager trace log tool located inside the installation media.
