PENDING Unable to remote some Clients

Hello Every One,
i have MEMCM version 2010 I , when I try to connect to Some Devices via remote control it Show me an error message there is firewall or machine turned off , however machine its On, remote setting and permitted viewer of remote control enabled in Client setting also this device working over VPN connection and show me a green mark in device work Space in CmRc service.log show me this error
A connector error has occurred. (OnConnectorError).
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (Error: 80072746; Source: Windows)
Any Idea please to resolve this issue
Note
- this machine running on it AV "Kaspersky" working in AD environment
- when am trying to remote another machine working normally in the same environment
- try to disable AV but no Luck

Hi @khaled Ali,

Do you have this problem only for VPN devices? If it's the case, did you configure the CM Remote Control/Assistance ports on your corporate firewall?

Hi @Youssef Saad thanks for your replay, yes I enabled CM remote control port on my Firewall
this issue I face with some devices connected Direct or through VPN, I guess this issue related to DNS record , its look like when the device connects to VPN DNS not update the Host IP which is assigned to boundary Groups, am check this probability solve my issue
