PENDING Unable to install SCCM client onto PC

Hi, I have a dell laptop which i'm trying to install the sccm client but noting it happening.

From SCCM server i can access zzlaptop\admin$ share.

The account which is used on sccm has full admin rights on the client PC.

What is the version of SCCM that you have installed ?.

SCCM 1710 Running on Server 2012 R2
Laptop is Windows 10 1803

So with CCM 2012 1710 I cant manage windows 10 machine which are running 1803

Nope. The chart is clear and why would you stay at 1710 and not upgrade for CB 1802 ?.
