NEW Unable to Install CCM Client 0x80004005

Hello,
I have a Windows Server 2012 and we have the DP role installed which is working, but noticed the client was not, so we have removed it and are not trying to install it again and we keep getting this...

Failed to open WMI namespace

Windows Firewall is switched off...
Am able to connect to the namespaces and query them but I did the following just in case...
winmgmt /verifyrepository --> reported all was okay
Winmgmt /resetrepository --> Ran this anyway just in case


Windows Firewall is switched off...
Boundary groups are also okay..

Any other suggestions would be most helpful... Thanks
