PENDING Unable to install Agents on Clients

I am getting below errors on client

My System Center Version: 2203

GetDirectoryList failed with a non-recoverable failure, 0x87d0027e
Failed to get directory list from 'http://zalqdappssc01.in2ittech.local/CCM_Client'. Error 0x87d0027e
Failed to correctly receive a WEBDAV HTTP request.. (StatusCode at WinHttpQueryHeaders: 405) and StatusText: 'Method Not Allowed'
Failed to check url http://zalqdappssc01.in2ittech.local/CCM_Client/ccmsetup.cab. Error 0x80004005
Accessing the URL 'http://zalqdappssc01.in2ittech.local/CCM_Client/ccmsetup.cab' failed with 80004005

I can browse the url (http://zalqdappssc01.in2ittech.local/CCM_Client/ccmsetup.cab) on Client and .cab file is downloading properly

Can you download the file using the local system account on that computer computer?
