PENDING Unable to get 'Remote Control Security group' information from registry.

In the same client machine remote assistance is working fine but the issue with only Remote control,Few days before i can successfully able to remote desktop to the same client machine. please help me with a solution to solve the issue.

Have you verified if the user has permissions use remote control feature ?. Go to Default client settings > Remote tools and check if the settings are configured correctly.

Hi Prajwal ,thanks for the reply, ya i checked ,except few client machines remaining machines i am able to use the remote control feature,for few machines when iam trying to connect getting the error as the above screenshot.

Check the GPO's on the client computers which have got issues. There should be something that must be blocking the remote connections.
