MECM site version is 2303, console version5.2303.1089.1000
Issue:
Recently all servers began report this error when attempting to download CUs. This started after June's patch Tuesday and continues thru July's.
The software change returned error code 0x87D00669(-2016410007).
Apps will download/install normally.
The ADR runs with Success each time.
The download package is present and accessible.
The update can be installed via MS updates online.
