PENDING Unable to connect the WMI on remote machine (0x8004100e)

I have SCCM 2002 new installed on the premises, im trying to install the client on the Machines
- Firewall is disabled in both (server & client) , Printer Sharing is turn off , Service account has full privillages it has added to client computers as well
