NEW Unable to change any Client Settings

The console will crash if I try to change anything within any Client Settings. This is happening on any console from any computer including the site server.

Are all SU applied to this computer? are all SU applied to the Site server? Are you running with the latest update to ConfigMgr?

This is the site server and updates are applied already. I have updated .Net Framework too but the console is still having the same problem.
We had recently upgraded the version of ConfigMgr to 2211, and the problem started after that.
