PENDING TsBootShell.exe error after upgrade config manager 2107

Hello Dear,
I am not sure this relates to when we upgrade the configuration manager to 2107. for some reason, we receive an TsBootShell.exe - application error during windows PE loading.
here is screenshot
I am looking thru the SMSTS log and don't see any related error...

I am not sure why you're getting that error. Did you update the boot images after the SCCM 2107 upgrade?

yes, I ran an update after I found out there is an error with the PXE windowPE load.
also, I found out that error prompt sometimes during window PE loading or during task sequence run. any ideas and suggestions to fix this issue?

something to do with the ADK version v10.0.26624 is old which no longer support. Microsoft still not able to help me uninstall this old version.
