Hi
I'm Colin, a total noob to SCCM/MECM
I initially showed an interest in SCCM way back in 2013, but never followed it up. After much internal debate, and many contracts later, doing low-end job, I decided I need to step up my game. I had been working on my current contract for just over 3 and a half years when I approached our then SCCM specialist, and asked him to show me the ropes. It was going well, I had learned a few bits, but he decided to leave, due the IR35
When he left, our team lead asked me if I wanted to take the responsibility of maintaining the SCCM environment. Not one to turn down a challenge, I said yes. I have started studying SCCM/MECM in my own time, as the company I work for does not send contractors on training course
I am doing OK with it, there are some areas where I struggle (I shall be posting questions, as well as looking for answers in the forums)
I want to say thank you in advance for any help given, and also, be patient with me. Some of my questions may be quite low level, due to my inexperience
