PENDING Third party catalog error 12029

Hello

I have a problem with subscribing to HP update catalog, its giving me error 12029 download error
Catalogs from Dell and Lenovo are fine and i am able to subcribe to them

Logs:

Hello Wospe,
Be sure that you can reach the HP catalog link from the ConfigMgr server and it's allowed on your proxy/firewall.
 
I ve checked with our network guys and they say there should be clear path to hp servers and i can reach the file via browser
 
That could be a temporary error or an issue with the HP catalog itself. I will see if i can test this in my lab.
 
Only thing that comes to my mind is that i was once subcribed to this catalog then unsubcribed, and curently there is a need to start using it again
Meanwhile signing certificate was changed from self singed to our own PKI
 
So there is a update to this situation, i was able to subscribe the catalog but now the SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT is giving me this
