Boundry groups and boundries are proper but when i deploy push application it is showing this error.

Error 40010004 - The error code here is means "The system cannot open the file" -- 4001 is the facility code. Not sure what that means in this context. You should check the actual office setup log which should be in the temp folder of the system.
