I did see some errors in the log file.

Unable to update collection due to SQL error.~ SQL Error: [42000][6522][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]A .NET Framework error occurred during execution of user-defined routine or aggregate "fnConvertHexStringToBinary": ~~System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.

But there is a hotfix available that should fix the issue that you mentioned - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3074857
Before you install the hotfix, check the following -
1) Check if SQL collation is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.
2) Examine SQL logs if there are any errors.

Hi,

I am sorry for the Late response...The issue is still there even after the Hotfix installation

SQL Error

Message
Database 'Test' cannot be started in this edition of SQL Server because part or all of object 'VaIntEvent_archive' is enabled with data compression or vardecimal storage format. Data compression and vardecimal storage format are only supported on SQL Server Enterprise Edition.

Message
During undoing of a logged operation in database 'Test', an error occurred at log record ID (1178208:233:2). Typically, the specific failure is logged previously as an error in the Windows Event Log service. Restore the database or file from a backup, or repair the database.
