SOLVED The sccm client does not appear in the console after installation

Hello, everyone
I need some help.
I have Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager version 2203 installed.
When installing the client (client push installation), in the ccmsetup logs I get "CcmSetup is exiting with return code 0", but the client is not active in the console and then shows that the client is not installed (I attach the logs for reference).
This is the case with most of the machines in the system, out of 374 computers, only 33 were installed.

I can guess what the error might be. Most of the computers were migrated from one domain to another, the old domain had a different sccm (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager version 2010). During the migration, the settings and the client of the old sccm were saved on the PC. The computers that were brought into the new domain (not migrated), the clients install without any problems.

I tried to completely clear all settings related to sccm on the problematic computers.
I did: ccmsetup.exe /uninstall
cleaned the registry keys

And then rebooted.
These actions did not work
Please help me, maybe someone had something similar, tell me where to look for a solution.
