You can use the below commands to remove team viewer from your devices via SCCM.
I have tested the 64-bit TeamViewer client installation in my lab and it worked.
For 32 bit Teamviewer client: "C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\uninstall.exe" /S
For 64 bit Teamviewer client: "C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\uninstall.exe" /S
