NEW Task Sequence to upgrade Windows 2012 to 2016 fails after boot

Good Monning. We are trying to upgrade from windows server 2012 to 2016 with Configuration Manager. Everything seems to work fine until the first system reboot. After this first boot the server starts with Windows Server 2019 correctly but fails the task sequence. We believe the reason is that in c:\windows.old is the sccm client and it needs to be repaired. ¿can you help us?

anything in the smsts.log file ? it should tell you whats failing
