PENDING Task sequence stops on "Waiting for RefreshUpdates complete notification from Updates Deployment Agent"

Our Windows 11 24h2 OSD Task sequence stops on "Waiting for RefreshUpdates complete notification from Updates Deployment Agent" (SMSTS Log file). After a while it times out and the whole process failed.

TASK Sequence step: Running Action:Install Software Updates->Initializing the Microsoft Configuration Manager client....

The Windows 10 OSD Task sequence runs without any problem.

We can not figure out why this happens.

Oks it seems like that the problem is with computers already exist in AD. For new computers Task Sequence runs without any problem. Maybe is the permissions of the Account for joining the computer to the domain.
